Gregor Fris, known by bassists worldwide from his popular YouTube channel, BassTheWorld.com, has been working with Sandberg Guitars for over 10 years. On his channel, he (and other professional bassists) are often seen playing his original Sandberg TT4 Passive Masterpiece Aged Bass. After many years of inquiries regarding this famed bass, Sandberg and BassTheWorld.com have decided to release the new series in its honor.

The specs on this are mostly standard, with a few personal touches; a Gotoh Vintage Style bridge and Kloppmann ‘61 JB Pickups. On the pickups, Gregor says:

“I chose the lacquered version of Kloppmann’s stunning JB61 pickups for the bridge position. It adds some low mids that you just don’t wanna miss out on”

The new series will come in Tobacco Sunburst or Black Matte, with creme pickup covers.
