A solid Sitka spruce top is paired with a layered mahogany back and sides for great tone, and the mahogany neck’s 30.5” scale length and Medium C profile ensure hours of comfortable play. The El Capitan J-200 Studio Bass comes equipped with a Fishman Sonitone under-saddle pickup and Sonicore preamp, making it ready for any stage – or studio. The El Capitan J-200 Studio Bass is available in an Aged Vintage Sunburst and Aged Vintage Natural finish.
