Award-winning Brazilian bass player Champignon, elected in 2005 by Bass Player magazine as one of the best in the world, will have his life told in a book. The biography โ€œChampโ€ begins in childhood, when Luiz began to study music and shows his time with the band Charlie Brown Jr, the formation of other groups and awards, until his death by suicide in 2013. Champignon was elected by MTV Brasil โ€œthe bass player of dreamsโ€ for three consecutive years.

This Wednesday, June 16th, Champignon will turn 43 years old. The book about his life and work will be released in September and the pre-sale is being carried out by crowdfunding at www.kickante.com.br/champ
