Legendary Bad Brains bassist Darryl Jenifer returns with a new EP, delivering the unmistakable D.C. hardcore sound on the brand-new track “F.A.L.S”, paired with a super special jazz version of “Sacred Love II” with appearances by giants like John Medeski.

This release is part of a new collaboration with Dark Matter Coffee that, in addition to a 7” vinyl of fresh recordings, includes limited-edition Bad Brains coffee bags and coffee cans, all highlighting Darryl’s original artwork!

To celebrate, Dark Matter is throwing an in-person event at their Lower East Side cafe, Adios Amigos, and a show Friday, Nov. 21 at NYC’s The Bowery Electric — featuring Darryl Jenifer’s Palm Beach with support from Honeychild & The Biz (The 1865).

“Every adversity brings with it the seed of an equivalent advantage. Positive Mental Attitude every day, let love lead the way.” – Darryl Jenifer
