Bergantino Audio Systems Introduces New NXT-SE Cabinets

The new series features stylish Oyster Tweed casing and an Oxblood colored grill

The bass players have spoken, and we listened. Now available by popular demand, for the first time ever, we are offering the Bergantino Audio Systems NXT Special Edition (SE) with a brand new look. Merging vintage aesthetics with modern design elements, our NXT-SE is now available with a durable Oyster tweed tolex casing, a textured Oxblood colored grill, and black metal hardware. As stylish as it is powerful, the NXT-SE is the perfect cabinet series for the gigging bassist who demands as much clarity and articulation as they do a fresh look on stage.

Beyond its updated appearance, the NXT-SE series represents the next generation of Neo technology speakers in the Bergantino lineup. Loaded with our new NXT Neo-Extreme motor technology, the NXTSE series is available in three models to accommodate the needs of all bassists: the NXTSE 112, NXTSE 210, and the NXTSE 212. Each cabinet is extremely durable and built to last, which makes them the perfect rig for the weekend gigging bassist, the road warrior, and the studio session ace. No matter what size venue or stage you’re hitting, we offer the perfect sized cabinet for all of your low-end needs.

In addition to the stunning exterior look, the internal components used are of extremely high quality and are of pure Bergantino design. Our new NXT woofers offer a harmonically rich, musical presentation, especially throughout the critical midrange of the speaker. Mated to our reference tweeter and constant directivity horn via our custom designed phase coherent crossovers, these NXTSE speakers will deliver a nice full range and harmonically rich tone, from the lowest of lows, to the sweetest of highs!

Weighing in at 29lbs (NXTSE 112), 36lbs (NXTSE 210), and 49lbs (NXTSE 212), these cabs are extremely portable without compromising any bit of their unparalleled sound. The precision tuned cabinets are made from the finest in lightweight Italian Poplar with Baltic Birch Baffle, to reduce overall cabinet weight while still retaining the structural integrity paramount in high SPL applications. The exterior of these speaker cabinets are finished in a durable tolex covering for long life and cabinet protection.

With extreme attention to every detail and no use of “off-the-shelf” parts, the new NXT-SE series offers the finest lightweight speaker cabinets available on the market for the bass player who puts tone above all else. But of course, looking stylish on stage never hurt anyone.
