Back in February it was announced that Chicago’s post-punk duo, Bellhead, were entering the studio to record their follow up to 2019’s Fire Control and Runaway Ep’s. In recording “Unicorn Bones”, the band once again worked with the team of Neil Strauch (production/ technical assistance of Iron and Wine, Counting Crows, Owls, Joan of Arc, Walking Bicycles) and had it mastered by Carl Saff (production/ technical assistance on Acid Mothers Temple, Smoking Popes, Red Fang, Guided by Voices).

Following the debut on WKQX this past May 31st, the “Unicorn Bones” single was made available exclusively on bandcamp June 1st, with other digital formats soon following. The full 5 track EP was released on both physical and digital formats on July 20th.

Bellhead are a Post-Punk duo made up of two Chicago music scene veterans who have left their mark across the tattered music landscape .
