Rock and Roll Fantasy Camp announces the ultimate fantasy camp celebrating the music of The Beatles November 14-17, 2019 in Hollywood CA, featuring four days filled with Beatles music led by musicians who have played with members of the Fab Four, such as Denny Seiwell (Wings) and Alan White (Plastic Ono Band, Yes), along with Beatles engineer/producer Eddie Kramer and the live finale with Robin Zander, Tom Petersson, Rick Nielsen and Daxx Nielsen of Cheap Trick performing their iconic SGT PEPPER LIVE show with camp attendees at the legendary WHISKY A GO GO on Hollywood’s Sunset Strip.

Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely-Hearts Club Band is the eighth studio album by the Beatles. Released on 26 May 1967 in the United Kingdom and 2 June 1967 in the United States, it spent 27 weeks at number one on the UK Albums Chart and 15 weeks at number one in the US. It was lauded by critics for its innovations in production, songwriting and graphic design, for bridging a cultural divide between popular music and high art, and for providing a musical representation of its generation and the contemporary counterculture. It won four Grammy Awards in 1968, including Album of the Year, the first rock LP to receive this honor.

Sgt. Pepper Live is a performance by Cheap Trick with a full orchestra, released on August 25, 2009, in commemoration of the 42nd anniversary of the release of the historic album Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely-Hearts Club Band. The album was engineered by Geoff Emerick, who was also the engineer on The Beatles album.

Campers will spend 4 days immersed in the music of The Beatles, with clinics, jams and Q&A sessions with all the special guests, plus rock star counselors such as Vinny Appice (Black Sabbath) who also recorded and performed with John Lennon, Laurence Juber (Wings), Tracii Guns (LA Guns), Rudy Sarzo (Quiet Riot) Teddy Andreadis (Guns N Roses, The Boxmasters) and many more. Jams and performances will feature the hits of the most influential band of all time, with live performances at Hollywood’s latest hotspot Lucky Strike, and the finale concert of Sgt Pepper Live at the Whisky A Go Go featuring Robin Zander, Tom Petersson, Rick Nielsen and Daxx Nielsen of Cheap Trick.

Rock and Roll Fantasy Camp is a non-competitive atmosphere designed for all levels of musicians and music enthusiasts.
