From Ove: In times of “Lockdown“ and “social distancing“ the BassCon comes quite right. You’ll get the chance to learn online from the best bass players in the world. You can get in touch with world-class bassists, ask questions and chat. Confirmed instructors so far are: Lee Sklar, Stuart Hamm, John Patitucci, Guy Pratt. Besides that a bass builder will answer questions regarding tonewood, pickups, philosophy of sound etc. Moreover you can win prizes, that will be supplied by sponsoring brands. Haussel pickups will raffle away a set of pickups of your choice, Richter provides two Beaver’s Tail bass straps and from KLOTZ we’ll have some cables and DI-boxes. Ove Bosch, who is initializing this event, was the organizer and host oft he legendary Warwick Bass Camp. He now brings all his expertise to make the BassCon a unique event in the bass world as well.
