Elrick Announces ‘Elrick Emerging Artist Program’

The EEAP is open to any full-time student at an accredited, degree-granting institution (Higher Ed) and is not restricted to those enrolled in a music degree program.

Elrick Bass Guitars, Ltd. is excited to announce the ‘Elrick Emerging Artist Program’ (EEAP). The EEAP is an initiative designed to assist emerging Bass players in the United States. Elrick Bass Guitars, Ltd. seeks to partner with artists who demonstrate excellence in their work, a commitment to their careers and artistic communities, and a willingness to engage in the varied support provided by this program.

The EEAP defines “emerging” as those bass players early in their artistic careers (regardless of age), who are gaining momentum, and may be at a critical juncture in their career when this support would be the most impactful. These artists demonstrate potential in their practice through risk-taking and pushing their work in dynamic ways, and are not yet considered well established professionally by indicators such as major tours, record deals, or sustaining an income derived solely from playing music.

The EEAP is open to any full-time student at an accredited, degree-granting institution (Higher Ed) and is not restricted to those enrolled in a music degree program. Interested bass players are encouraged to visit the website (https://www.elrick.com/emerging-artist/) and learn more about the program. Included in the links provided on the website is the application where applicants are invited to fill out the application and submit it to Elrick Bass Guitars, Ltd.

The purpose of the EEAP is to be a patron for bass players when they are at the nexus of their development where income is low and expenses are high. Benefits of the Elrick Emerging Artist Program include; a profile page on the Elrick Bass Guitar’s EEAP page, a discount on an Elrick instrument and regular discounts on Elrick strings while enrolled in the program. Visit the Emerging Artist page (https://www.elrick.com/emerging-artists/) to see who is already involved in the EEAP. We would love to have you as a member of the Elrick Emerging Artist family!
